• Retail-Ops-Ownership: You take full end-to-end responsibility for retail order readiness and OTIF performance, proactively steering against deviations before they become escalations.
• 3PL & partner management: Proven experience managing fulfillment partners operationally - holding them to SLAs, resolving deviations in speed, accuracy or cost quickly and calmly.
• Cross-functional coordination: Comfortable acting as the bridge between Logistics, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service and Supply Chain, keeping stakeholders aligned even when things move fast.
• Analytical & KPI-driven: Skilled at turning partner reports and internal dashboards into actionable insights, spotting risks and recurring issues early.

• Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines international agierenden Unternehmens · preferred
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: internationales Wirtschaftsrecht, IP-Recht, IT-Recht, Datenschutz und Exportkontrollrecht
• Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft, Themen eigenständig zu entwickeln und aktiv voranzutreiben
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
