This notice explains how Worksloth ("we") processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The controller is Jason Punselie. Contact: hello@worksloth.com.

Hosting and database (to be named at launch), email delivery (to be named at launch), and, when AI processing is enabled, Anthropic as AI provider. A current list will be published here with their locations and transfer safeguards.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your passport, documents, saved jobs and applications immediately. Security logs are kept for a limited period. Payment records, once payments exist, are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can access, correct, export (Account & privacy → Download my data) and delete (Account & privacy → Delete account) your data yourself. You can also object, restrict processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority.
