Decorative Accessories/Home Decor Designer - home decor brand - 100% remote - part-/full time

We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong product and decor mindset to join Noro Arts (https://noro-arts.com/en-eu), an established direct-to-consumer home decor brand, on a long-term basis. Noro Arts creates distinctive wooden home decor for customers primarily in the US, with a strong focus on decorative wall art, three-dimensional wall pieces, sculptures and freestanding decorative objects. We’re looking for someone who understands the aesthetic and product style of Noro Arts and has ideally already designed similar physical home decor products. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for interiors, shapes, materials and aesthetics with the ability to turn creative ideas into commercially successful products. This is not a traditional interior design role focused on designing spaces, but a hands-on opportunity to develop actual home decor products from concept to launch. Tasks Your main responsibility will be to develop new decor products by thinking from the perspective of the room and the customer. You’ll identify opportunities for products that feel missing from today’s interiors — pieces that complete a space, elevate a room and have strong commercial potential. Ideas can come from interior trends, market and competitor research, existing bestsellers or your own creative direction. From there, you’ll take concepts through the full development process: Develop new decor concepts with a strong focus on how they work within real interiors Create and visualize ideas using AI image-generation tools Test concepts in realistic room settings and different interior styles Translate aesthetic ideas into clear product directions Collaborate with CAD designers to turn concepts into manufacturable designs Work with suppliers and factories throughout sampling and development Coordinate with the content and advertising teams to prepare products for launch Manage several product concepts and development projects in parallel Requirements A background in interior design, supported by a strong portfolio Hands-on experience with AI image generation, using tools such as Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Flux or similar A strong eye for styling, proportions, materials, composition and what works within a room Genuine interest in designing physical decor products and objects — not only spaces Ability to translate an aesthetic idea into a concrete product concept that can be manufactured and sold Highly organized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Fluent English Strong Plus Experience designing custom furniture, decor objects or accessories Experience working with wood, handcrafted products or similar materials A strong understanding of US interior and home decor trends, such as organic modern, Japandi or mid-century Experience with 3D or CAD tools, such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender or similar Experience collaborating with makers, factories, manufacturers or suppliers Experience with product sampling and development iterations Benefits 🌍 100% remote – work from anywhere ⏰ Flexible setup – part-time or full-time both possible 🎨 High creative ownership over new products and design directions 🏡 Opportunity to combine interior design with physical product development 🤖 AI-first creative workflow, using modern tools for ideation and visualization 🚀 High level of ownership from the first idea through product launch 📈 Steep learning curve across interiors, product development, eCommerce and performance-driven launches 🤝 International, entrepreneurial team with fast decision-making and close collaboration 📦 Direct exposure to the full product lifecycle, from concept and sampling to content, advertising and launch 🔄 Long-term collaboration with consistent opportunities to develop new products 🚀 Start as soon as possible If you’re an interior designer who enjoys thinking beyond spaces and wants to create physical decor products that become part of how people style their homes, I’d be happy to hear from you. Please apply with your CV, portfolio and a few examples of interiors, products or custom pieces you’ve personally developed. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
