Solutions Architecture Lead

AMPECO is one of the most innovative companies in the area of electric vehicle charging infrastructure - an industry that aims to change the world by making charging easier for everyone. As electric vehicles (EVs) drive a transformation of the transport and mobility sectors, AMPECO is at the forefront of that grand revolution, and we’re just getting started. Our product - the AMPECO EV Charging Platform - is a business-critical SaaS platform used by companies to manage their EV charging infrastructure, processes and energy use. It’s already in use by companies all over the world, from North and South America to Europe, Asia and Australia. Our team is highly motivated, capable, and committed to our mission. We are looking to expand it with like-minded, capable people, eager to give, learn and grow with us. About the Role As a Solutions Architecture Lead at AMPECO you will be a senior individual contributor who guides customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects, from the first conversation to a successful project go-live. You will work on specific engagements and can join as early as the pre-sales stage. With a new prospect, you will help define the overall solution architecture and migration strategy. You will also own the planning, estimation, and risk assessment that support bidding and contracting. Once a prospect becomes an AMPECO customer, you will lead their onboarding and migration. When the project is complete, you will hand them over smoothly to a business-as-usual setup. As existing customers take on new integrations or complex initiatives, you might again lead the planning and delivery. Why this role matters This role is highly visible and carries real technical authority. You will be the senior strategic and technical voice for customers at the most critical point in their relationship with AMPECO. We are looking for someone who is equally confident in business and technical conversations, and who can turn complex requirements into clear, achievable plans.
