The Recruiter partners with hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and Talent Acquisition teammates to attract, assess, and hire top talent across both areas, delivering an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience across high-volume retail hiring, retail leadership searches, and corporate searches — while also developing and coaching Retail Leaders on hiring processes and best practices to build greater consistency and capability across store-level hiring.
