Key Responsibilities
Build HR processes end-to-end (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, approvals, reporting)
Own our HR system: implement new features and modules, automate, keep data quality high, and be the go-to expert for the team
Lead People projects from concept to rollout
Shape the culture and run office operations in our Munich office
Handle day-to-day HR administration
Build People dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Some practical experience from internships or working student roles, ideally in HR, People Operations, consulting, or operations
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a mindset for building processes
Tech affinity: you enjoy working with tools and ideally have first experience with HR systems
Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion with sensitive topics
Ownership mindset: You see a manual process and fix it without waiting to be asked
Fluent in English and German
Nice to Have
Experience with an HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Personio)
Project management experience
A focus on HR, organization, or labor law in your studies
Experience in an international, fast-growing company

Proven production experience in at least one typed backend language (such as C#, Java, Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript) and one modern frontend framework.
Track record of successfully owning software in production, including on-call duties, debugging from logs, and resolving live issues while users wait.
Familiarity with or willingness to dive into C#, TypeScript, Android, and Kotlin.
Prior exposure to hardware, IoT, edge devices, payments, logistics, retail operations, or Odoo environments is highly advantageous.
