HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it. Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity. Signing a contract is the easy part. Everything before it (multiple parties, several legal documents, opposing interests, a redlining process most companies still run through email attachments) is where contracting actually gets hard. That's the part of Juro you'll own. It's the most ambitious area of the product and the one with the most room to change how contracting feels for the people doing it day to day. We're not handing you a blank page. There's a roadmap in place and a team ready to build it. We want you shipping against it while you're forming your own view of the problem, then tell us which parts of it were wrong. Every PM at Juro is hired to make product bets that pay out. Great means that: the bets you own deliver real outcomes for customers quickly, and those outcomes show up in revenue. What you're here to do: Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks. Get close to the problem rapidly. Talk to customers and prospects yourself. Form your own view of the jobs to be done rather than inheriting ours. It's an agentic flow where "good redline" depends on the customer's playbook rather than any fixed answer, so a lot of the work is deciding what good means with customers and then holding engineering to it. It spans your team and our Agentic team, so some of what you own won't sit neatly in one place. Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design and GTM to turn all of that into something people actually enjoy using. Measure whether any of it worked and be honest when it didn't. Iterate or pivot when necessary. Six months in, success looks like customers telling us unprompted that contracting in Juro got a lot more delightful and reaching for it in places they used to reach for Word. We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub. WHO WE LOOK FOR Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit. To succeed here: Every Juror finds their balance across our four core principles — we hire, develop and celebrate people who live them every day. Curious how you’d fit? Try our personality quiz to see how you map against our principles. On top of that, you have been part of a journey where: You've landed in a domain you knew nothing about and were making judgment calls within weeks. Ideally more than once. You've owned something complex and multi-quarter from discovery through launch and iteration + were accountable when it slipped. You've built for users you got to know directly, not through Sales or Customer Success. That means you've sat with them, watched them work and can tell us what they taught you. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with GTM and engineering through launches + have been the trusted go-to person for them in past companies. You understand why evals matter and how agentic loops work.* You run your own discovery. Customer calls, prospect calls, synthesising messy qualitative input into a clear view of what to build. You've brought ideas unprompted and built them without waiting for permission. Something small shipped in days beats a perfect spec written in weeks. Bonus if: You've owned the quality of an agentic system in production. Legal tech or contracting experience. You've worked on collaboration or multiplayer editing tools. *What we care about is that you will dig into how a system actually behaves when you need to: work out why a flow is producing rubbish, go back and forth with engineers until it isn't. You don't need to have done this full time. This job likely isn’t for you if: You need someone to teach you the domain before you can be useful. You'd rather run the process than talk to customers. You think of AI as something the engineers deal with. You treat design as a service that receives your specs. Here you'd decide what to build alongside a designer, not hand it over. You want a settled team and a clean remit. Our product org will change, and some of your scope will cut across other teams. You'd want to spend your first quarter rewriting the roadmap before shipping any of it. You've been managing PMs and want to carry on doing that. This is hands-on. OUR MISSION Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts. Frustrated by the absurdly slow process of taking a contract from inception through to agreement, Juro co-founders Richard and Pavel thought there must be a better way. They set out in 2016 to build a flexible, collaborative platform that anyone could use to process a legal contract end-to-end in their browser. Fast forward 8 years and we have helped our customers process 2 million contracts in over 85 countries. Some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses, like Deliveroo, Remote, and Trustpilot have relied on Juro to help them streamline routine contracts at scale across multiple years of their growth. But our story is just beginning.‍ Read more about our vision for intelligent contract automation. GOT MORE QUESTIONS?
