About Eye Security
Eye Security is providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations in Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we are already over 190 FTEs and continue to grow internationally having secured our Series C funding of €60 Million!
We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds — all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.
At Eye, you'll work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.
About this role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (m/f/x) to join our Product team.
As our client base continues to grow rapidly across Europe, this role will play a key part in scaling our Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR) capabilities — Eye Security's most strategic product area.
You'll take full ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for this space. Collaborating with our engineers, product designers, security operations, and product marketing, you will ensure that our platform evolves with our customers' needs and delivers maximum impact.
This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, discovery, and leading cross-functional product development in a fast-growing environment.
What you will do
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR, ensuring alignment with our overall product vision and company OKRs.
Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points, translating them into actionable solutions and product opportunities.
Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Partner with Product Marketing to define go-to-market plans and deliver clear, compelling product launches.
Manage external relationships, especially with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, ensuring alignment with our MSP and partner ecosystem.
Contribute to the evolution of our internal processes, tooling, and product culture, helping Eye Security scale sustainably.
Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
What you will need
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role owning end-to-end delivery of software products in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, especially in Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR).
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in a fast-paced environment, using product discovery and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Fluent English; German language (C2) is required
Nice-to-have
Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company.
Experience building or scaling product management teams and processes.
Exposure to OKR-driven product development and metrics-focused product management.
Experience working with MSP or partner-led go-to-market models.
Track record of navigating successful product pivots or strategic repositioning.
What we offer
A meaningful mission: protect organizations across Europe from real-world cyber threats.
Work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds.
Full strategic ownership of a mission-critical product area in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.
Mentorship and growth: lead and develop the next generation of product managers; grow into broader strategy and leadership roles.
A remote-friendly culture with quarterly meetups and annual company retreats (in Spain, Portugal, Italy…).
Weekly lunches (NL) and Thursday socials to stay connected.
A generous time-off policy, including wellbeing and volunteering days.
Competitive salary and benefits package, including equity participation.
Are you up for it?
We look forward to receiving your application.
