Principal Partner Account Manager

We are looking for a Principal Partner Account Manager to join our EMEA and APJ teams. Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimisation, and web governance, empowering organisations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai, the only enterprise platform that unifies content compliance and content performance, we are leading the way in the AI era, where content must perform for both humans and AI. In this role, you will help build and activate a modern channel strategy, partnering with digital agencies and value-added consulting firms that work across Accessibility, SEO, Marketing Performance, and broader Digital Experience technologies. This is a high-impact opportunity to co-create new go-to-market models and influence the growth of a critical function at a pivotal stage in Siteimprove’s evolution. You will work closely with partners to uncover challenges, deliver impactful solutions through Siteimprove’s SaaS platform, and drive measurable results for customers across EMEA and APJ. From accessibility to SEO/AIO, analytics, and content strategy, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform enables organisations to optimise high-performing, compliant content that is discoverable by all. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role in our growth journey and a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a purpose-driven, fast-paced, and international organisation. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t meet every single requirement. If you are excited about the opportunity and aligned with our mission, we would love to hear from you. What you will be doing • Work autonomously: Own the partner function in your territory with minimal direction, managing the full lifecycle of partner engagement. • Conduct market and partner analysis across EMEA and APJ regions. • Recruit and onboard partners in the respective regions. • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to EMEA and APJ markets. • Plan and execute joint go-to-market initiatives in the regions. • Align with field teams and track revenue impact locally. • Define and evolve our partner model: Build a partner strategy emphasizing inclusion, accessibility impact, and long-term commercial value. • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, Global Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful field execution. • Serve as a strategic thought partner: Partner with senior leadership to define what success looks like for partnerships in Siteimprove’s next growth phase. What we will require of you • 10+ years of experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development. • Experience managing and achieving sales targets or driving measurable revenue growth. • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence partner investment to drive mutual growth. • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical and strategic concepts to diverse audiences, including executives. • Experience building partner strategies in fast-changing environments, including value-added resellers or consulting firms with agency or martech knowledge. • Comfortable contributing at both strategic and operational levels, adapting to the needs of the business. • Travel as needed. What we will love about you • Direct experience in one or more complementary technology ecosystems, including Accessibility, Content Management, DXP, Marketing Automation, SEO, Commerce, Personalization, or Predictive Analytics. • Operates with a balance of vision, strategy, and execution, taking ownership of outcomes. • Builds credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborative approach: Works seamlessly with account executives and sales teams, enhancing sales cycles rather than competing over deals. • Prior experience in mid-size SaaS companies (~$100–250M ARR) and understanding agency dynamics is a plus. What you'll love about us We’re building the next generation of AI-powered content intelligence, helping organizations unify accessibility, SEO/AEO, analytics, and content performance into one platform. If you’re energized by solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and contributing to a product with real-world impact, we’d love to connect. In addition, we hope you will appreciate: At Siteimprove, we're committed to supporting your wellbeing both at work and beyond. Our UK benefits are designed to help you stay healthy, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and plan confidently for the future. Rest and relaxation: 25 days of annual holiday, plus support for flexible and sustainable commuting to our London office. Comprehensive benefits: Private medical coverage through Bupa, wellbeing and employee support services through Canada Life, and a weekly lunch allowance. Prepare for the future: Company pension benefits through Aviva to help support your long-term financial goals.
