There is a full-time position available in our brand new Central London location</p> <p>As a team member you will be committed to providing professional service to customers and maintaining outstanding product knowledge.</p> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Main Duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver exceptional, personalised service to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.</li> <li>Greet and engage customers warmly, offering attentive and professional support throughout their visit.</li> <li>Share confident product knowledge, including materials, styles, and availability in-store and online.</li> <li>Suggest suitable alternatives when items are unavailable, ensuring a seamless customer journey.</li> <li>Understand individual customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.</li> <li>Use strong service skills to drive conversions and support sales goals.</li> <li>Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.</li> <li>Stay aware of best- and slow-selling products to guide recommendations and improve sales.</li> <li>Maintain excellent knowledge of the Soho Home brand, products, and seasonal collections.</li> <li>Handle customer queries with professionalism or refer to management when needed.</li> <li>Keep displays well-stocked and ensure the shop floor meets cleanliness and presentation standards.</li> <li>Quickly and efficiently retrieve stock from back-of-house as needed.</li> <li>Provide feedback to managers on customer preferences and product performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end interiors or lifestyle retail store.</li> <li>A genuine passion for interiors, design, and home styling, with a confident approach to discussing colours, styles, and trends.</li> <li>Professional, confident, and customer-focused, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our brand</li> <li>Creative flair and a natural ability to inspire customers with styling ideas and product recommendations.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills – honest, open, and constructive – with both customers and team member</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable, able to respond positively to the evolving needs of the retail environment.</li> <li>A true team player, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.</li> <li>Experience in furniture and lighting sales is highly advantageous.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits...</strong></p> <p>Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
