Product Manager – MarTech

Ready to build at the crossroads of Marketing Tech and Entertainment? JustWatch provides data-driven digital marketing for the global entertainment industry. We build internal tools that help our campaign managers automate workflows and unlock innovative capabilities in entertainment marketing. We’re hiring a Product Manager for our MarTech team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and can create clarity in an unstructured environment. What you will be doing • Ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals. • Testing new releases hands-on, verifying behaviour, tracking issues, and scheduling fixes. • Monitoring product metrics and system health, flagging issues early. • Using our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows. • Stepping in quickly when issues surface to help coordinate a resolution. • Taking ownership of smaller product areas as you grow. What you will NOT be doing • Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight, and we optimise for speed. • Make meetings for the sake of process or ceremony. • Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritised next. What we need from you • You’re comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information, and can create structure on your own. • You keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritise, and ensure things ship. • You ask the right questions to unlock core pain points and strategise solutions. • You organise work using simple tools (Docs, Sheets), not PM frameworks or Jira workflows. • You can write development-ready project documents with no AI fluff. • You understand MarTech fundamentals (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations) and why they’re complex. • You’re data-strong: you explore datasets, can use BI tools (e.g. Lightdash), and conclude. • You’re comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation. • You’ve shipped before - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project. What we offer you • You'll have a direct impact on how the global marketing campaigns are run. • You’ll see immediately how improvements (and mistakes) affect our bottom line. • Incredible learning opportunity. You’ll work closely with the MarTech PM, developers, and founders who are actively involved in shaping the company. • A culture built on autonomy, trust, and continuous iteration - not corporate ladder climbing. • A team that deeply cares about delivering results. If we caught your attention and you're eager to delve into our perspectives and thought processes, we recommend immersing yourself in our blog post, which elaborates on these subjects: • A company culture that really works • Audience as a Service • Or visit our blog here: https://www.justwatch.com/blog How to apply Just hit the apply button and leave us your CV, some basic info, and a short introduction that helps us get to know you.
