This role involves driving client success through innovative strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Commercial Oversight   <ul> <li>Own and grow the commercial relationship with global enterprise accounts, with outcomes that materially impact overall company revenue — exercising independent judgment on decisions that extend beyond the account itself to influence broader go-to-market strategy. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Client Relationship Management:   <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organizations. </li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. </li> <li>Provide voice of the customer feedback to the Product Team and broader org. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Strategic Planning and Execution:   <ul> <li>Independently set strategic direction for the global account portfolio with minimal oversight, reviewed only on major outcomes rather than plan execution. </li> <li>Identify opportunities for business development and create tailored solutions to meet customer needs. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Business Expansion:   <ul> <li>Proactively seek expansion opportunities within existing accounts. </li> <li>Build and lead a formal cross-functional network spanning Sales, Product, and Finance; may direct the work of junior account team members on expansion initiatives. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Financial Support:   <ul> <li>Support strategic account budget management, forecasting, and financial performance. </li> <li>Ensure profitability and revenue growth through effective financial planning. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Market and Industry Analysis:   <ul> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. </li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis. </li> </ul> </li> </ul>  Skills & Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Typically 12+ years of experience in account management or sales within the CPG industry, including a track record of global, enterprise-level ownership. </li> <li>Recognized subject-matter expert in global CPG account strategy, relied on to evaluate intangible risks and opportunities that general strategic thinking alone can't resolve. </li> <li>Proven track record leading resolution of significant, unique account challenges that have no established playbook — requiring judgment calls with company-wide visibility. </li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts. </li> <li>Leadership and management skills. </li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li> <li>Willingness to travel internationally as required. </li> </ul> #LI-remote<div class="content-conclusion">Pacvue is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
