Executive Assistant

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised $110m from top-tier investors including Google Ventures and Insight Partners. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. How we work Four principles guide us: Velocity. Optimise for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it's inconvenient. Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. The role Siadhal's time is a valuable resource at Metaview, and this role protects it. You'll sit next to him in our Shoreditch office and remove the friction and clutter around him, so he can perform at his best and focus his attention on the most important things. You'll be part of the Office of the CEO, working directly with Siadhal (CEO) and Raza (Chief of Staff) as we scale from 80 to 250 people. Key ownership areas: Own Siadhal's time: design his week around the company's priorities and coordinate across customers, investors, the board and US time zones without anything slipping. Be his trusted proxy on email correspondence with customers, investors and candidates. Organise founder projects end to end: talks and podcasts, dinners, events and offsites. Run our London office to the standard of our Hospitality principle. Engineer the admin away with AI, and catch what's falling through the cracks before anyone asks. What you bring We want the very best: people who want to do the greatest work of their lives and have an outsized impact. 3+ years of experience, including supporting a founder or C-level executive at a high-growth company, with outcomes you personally owned. A record of being the best at everything you've done. Highly strategic, with a view on where Siadhal's time should go and the judgement to know what needs him. Locked in and high throughput. You make things happen at a rate that surprises people. Obsessive about detail, and discreet with sensitive information. Clear thinking and AI built into how you work every day. Ability to work in person in our London office, with flexibility for US time zones. What we offer The best co-workers you'll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI. High compensation, through cash and equity. All the benefits you'd expect and more. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
