We’re looking for a recruiter who will lead hiring with an engineering approach: rigor, problem solving, analytical skills and continuous iteration. Someone who understands that hiring is one of the highest-leverage decisions a company makes. Mission Help design and lead a Tech & Product hiring strategy that allows us to scale without compromising on talent density, execution speed or long-term organizational health.
