Enterprise Account Manager - French Market

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust! Are you an experienced commercial professional looking for an environment where your ideas matter, decisions move quickly, and your direct contribution makes a visible impact? We built Trustpilot to be that place. As AI reshapes how consumers search, discover, and choose brands, Trustpilot’s unique dataset of authentic human sentiment is becoming increasingly critical. We are uniquely positioned to define how trust and reputation function in an AI-driven digital economy and we’re building an inclusive environment where curious, ambitious people can do the best work of their careers. We’re expanding our Enterprise business across the French market, and we’re looking for collaborative, forward-thinking professionals to help shape what’s next. You’ll work with some of the region’s leading brands at a moment when AI is fundamentally changing how reputation is built and how consumers make decisions, while helping businesses use authentic human sentiment to strengthen their visibility, credibility, and competitive position in the AI economy. If you’re energised by building new approaches, solving complex challenges, and seeing the tangible impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you. This role requires native-level French and strong professional English language skills. It is based in our Copenhagen office. What you’ll be doing: • Drive Portfolio Value: Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across the French market, owning customer retention, guiding successful renewals, and identifying growth opportunities through thoughtful account mapping. • Partner for Success: Work in close partnership with dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs). While you lead on commercial strategy, contract growth, and negotiations, your CSM partner guides adoption, implementation, and ongoing account health, delivering a seamless, high-value experience for our clients. • Help Build the Playbook: Bring fresh perspectives to a growing function by sharing market insights, piloting retention and expansion initiatives, and co-creating our France Enterprise strategy. • Demonstrate Value: Deeply understand client business goals and metrics to deliver measurable ROI, establishing Trustpilot as a trusted, long-term partner. Who you are: • Native-level French and strong professional English language skills • Demonstrated track record managing Enterprise-level customer portfolios, with experience driving renewals, account retention, and commercial expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based environment. • Comfortable navigating evolving environments, taking ownership of your outcomes, and eager to help shape an Enterprise approach rather than simply following a rigid process. • Proven ability to co-manage complex customer relationships alongside Customer Success Managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams. • Skilled at leading thoughtful, consultative conversations with senior leadership and key stakeholders across diverse organizations. • Excited to move beyond standard sales approaches and help tailor solutions that truly resonate within the European market. What’s in it for you: • Real ownership: influence how we grow within your market • Competitive compensation package + bonus • 25 days holiday with an additional 5 days after 12 months of continuous employment • 2 (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community • Paid parental leave • Comprehensive health package, pension, and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health • An international workspace at our HQ in Copenhagen that’s complete with a coffee bar and canteen, with a wide variety of refreshments available. You can opt in for breakfast and lunch at an affordable price. Still not sure? We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you! #LI-MN1 About us Trustpilot began in 2007 with a simple yet powerful idea that is more relevant today than ever — to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews.
