As a HR Business Partner/People Partner (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by providing a strategic HR support on all key people processes to leaders and managers across the Europe East business region.
The role is based in Warsaw (hybrid model) and available immediately.
About the Role
• Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development.
• Execute and oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles.
• Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk.
• Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements.
About You
