From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale. In November 2023 we launched our non-food retail offering, Deliveroo ‘Shopping’, where we work with large and small merchants. We oversee all operations within the grocery and retail ecosystem, ensuring stores are equipped to receive and efficiently process orders. Our solutions empower stores to manage orders seamlessly through multiple channels, including our in-house app, API integration, and devices pre-installed with our software.
