The Team: The CoE Tiger Team is a dedicated group of trusted advisors responsible for driving the technical execution of solutions that help Value Engineers, our Tech Consultants, and customers achieve their strategic goals using the Celonis Platform. This team works hand-in-hand with Value Engineers throughout the entire customer journey—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. They translate business goals into scalable solutions, develop reusable technical assets, and guide the design, performance, and security of high-impact projects to ensure customer success. The team plays a key role for the Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Value Engineering Department. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Tiger Team Member with a passion for solution design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Value Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams to craft tailored architectures for prospects and customers. Your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise that removes blockers, aligns system integrations with strategic goals, and accelerates the adoption of our platform. The Work You’ll Do: • Collaborate with Value Engineers to translate client business goals into scalable and secure technical solutions. • Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, such as architecture templates and thought leadership materials, to enable consulting teams. • Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance on solution design, performance optimization, and security best practices in pre-sales and post-sales environments. • Lead mission-critical projects, fostering a collaborative environment across teams to deliver innovative and high-quality outcomes. The Skills You Need: • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python is a hard requirement (e.g., scripting, data manipulation, automation, or LLM integrations). Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (like Make/Integromat) or Celonis Action Flows is a strong plus. Solid foundational understanding of data analysis, system architecture, and basic coding principles. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and devise creative, cost-effective solutions. • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. • Project Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain meticulous documentation. • Mindset: A customer-focused approach, a commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Full professional proficiency in English (C1+ level required). • Available full-time (40 hours/week) for a minimum duration of 6 months. What Celonis can offer you: • Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. • Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants. • Unrivaled Family Support: Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment. • Work-Life Integration: Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration. • Continuous Growth: Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform. • Holistic Well-being: Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated "Wellness Weeks" that prioritize work/life balance. • Drive Sustainability: Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes with your local office, or virtually. • Global Inclusion & Belonging: Find community through our Inclusion Think Tank and participate in our annual Inclusion Days, ensuring every voice is heard and valued. • Value-Driven Impact: Join a mission-led organization where our core values—Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future—drive every decision.
