Supply Chain Planner (f/m/x)

About The Role: What’s in the Box As a Supply Planner at HelloFresh, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality ingredients—on time, in full, every week. You’ll manage a portfolio of European suppliers within our Conventional Cluster and work closely with Production, Quality, Menu Planning, and Procurement to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Your work directly reduces food waste, improves OTIFIQ performance, and strengthens operational reliability. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment where data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and customer centricity are at the heart of everything we do. Note: This is a 6-month fixed-term position, with the potential for extension based on business needs. What You’ll Do: The Recipe • Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Coordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations. • Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards. • Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure ingredient availability for upcoming menus and promotional volumes. What You’ll Bring: Your Ingredients • Experience in supply planning, procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data tools. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively. • A structured and proactive working style, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Fluency in English, French and Dutch both written and verbal is a must. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. Skills develop in many ways, and we value diverse experiences. Even if you don’t check every box, we’d still love to hear from you. What We Offer: The Toppings • Enjoy a €30 weekly discount on your HelloFresh boxes. • Benefit from €10 meal vouchers per day. • Stay covered with Alan Health Assurance for your physical and mental well-being. • Benefit from our partnership with Wellpass, providing entry to over 4,000 gyms and 300 activities. • Receive public transportation reimbursement (50%) or a bicycle mileage allowance. • Grow with our "Learning Never Stops" value: access the HelloFresh Academy, clear career paths, and regular development check-ins. • Enjoy free drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks at the workplace. • Connect with the team at our annual offsite event and festive "Back to School" and Christmas parties.
