Food Niche Content Creator

About The Role: We're looking for a food niche, performance-obsessed Content Creator to own end-to-end paid video and static production for Hello Fresh and Green Chef. You'll live inside the UK Marketing function and the paid social ecosystem, scripting, filming, editing, and iterating on content built to convert on Meta and TikTok. This is a role for someone who thinks in hooks, measures everything, and wants to see their work directly drive results. Success looks like your creative consistently breaking through in-feed, driving down CPAs, and becoming the benchmark other briefs are written against. What You Will Be Doing: • End-to-end paid video production: Concept, script, film, and edit UGC-style and direct-response video ads for HelloFresh and Green Chef across Meta and TikTok. From first idea to final asset. • Hook development: Constantly test and develop new visual and verbal hooks that stop the scroll. Build a library of winning formats and evolve them as performance data comes in. • Food content mastery: You understand how food content works, the textures, the pour, the close-up sizzle. You know how to frame meal kit cooking for paid performance, not just aesthetics, and you translate the appeal of fresh, quality ingredients into content that makes people hungry to click. • Iteration at pace: Monitor campaign performance across HelloFresh and Green Chef, identify what's working, and turn insights into new creative quickly. You're not precious about your work, you chase results. • Shoot production: Comfortable running solo or small-crew shoots across both brand worlds, HelloFresh's warm, family-friendly energy and Green Chef's premium, health-conscious aesthetic. • Creative testing infrastructure: Work with the performance and creative strategy teams to log tests, track results, and build frameworks so learnings compound over time. Who You Are: • 2+ years creating paid social content, UGC-style, DTC, or performance creative, with a portfolio of ads that actually converted. • Genuine obsession with food content. You know what makes a recipe video stop the scroll and you can translate that instinct into paid formats. • Strong filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) with a feel for pacing, hooks, and CTA structure. • Comfortable ideating solo or in a group setting and producing at speed, from brief to first cut without hand-holding. • Data-curious: you want to know how your content performed and you use that information to make the next one better. • Fluent in TikTok and Meta — you understand what makes content native to each platform and you don't make the same ad twice. • Able to shoot food beautifully in practical kitchen and studio environments. • Bonus: experience working across multiple brands or adapting your creative style for different audience segments. What you will get in return: ● 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes ● Company pension scheme ● Gym membership ● Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options) ● Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme ● Dog friendly office! (London site only) ● Nursery support scheme ● Cycle to work scheme ● Group Life Assurance Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have the independent right to work in the UK, as we're unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
