What you need to be successful Background • 5+ years of experience in internal/employee communications within a fast-paced, international, hybrid environment. • Direct experience delivering HR, change, and business strategy communications. • Experience operating effectively in regulated or complex settings with multi-entity and labor/Works Council interdependencies. • Proven track record collaborating directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Skills • Language fluency: Fluent (C2) English with strong skills in translating complex or sensitive topics into clear, accessible copy. • Content creation and tools: Meticulous deck-building, basic video editing, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and tools like Synthesia. • Data and analytics: Comfortable measuring content performance, tracking metrics, and refining strategy based on data. • Execution and detail: Highly organized, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Adaptability and proactivity: Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proactive and energetic, combined with feedback-readiness, and strong team alignment. What’s in it for you: • Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀. • Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation. • As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account.
